Shipping Info: Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 36 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver orders:

USPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Return Policy: No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

1. shipping damage
2. item defect

If either of these instances occur, please email merch@greybagmusic.com and we'll contact you as soon as possible. Damaged/defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
